Building on the success of Spring Street Park, the Hudson Square BID (HSBID), in partnership with the NYC Department of Transportation, is transforming Little Sixth Avenue—running from Spring to Dominick Streets—into a vibrant new pedestrian plaza! This newly car-free space will serve as a welcoming outdoor destination where people can relax, gather, and enjoy the neighborhood.
To mark the opening of the Plaza, HSBID is hosting a Longest Table Lunch—a shared, communal dining experience that brings the Hudson Square community together. Local companies, organizations, and neighbors are invited to host tables and enjoy lunch side by side in this new public space.
