With our neighborhood positioned at the entrance to the Holland Tunnel, we’ve witnessed firsthand the impact:
- Holland Tunnel traffic speeds are up by as much as 51%
- Traffic is down 11% across the zone
- 18% increase in foot traffic at Spring & Varick
- 23% rise in subway ridership
- A safer, more welcoming environment for pedestrians and businesses alike
